Bond Andiola & Company is your small business accounting team. It was founded by Jay Bond, who hung his shingle after many years working at the Internal Revenue Service. Jay was the consummate “tax guy”, a studied practitioner of the ever-changing tax codes. John Andiola joined the firm two years later. Together, they built an enviable accounting practice that uniquely specialized in assisting owners of small businesses.

Michael castle, Shareholder

Michael Castle

CPA, SHAREHOLDER

Mike attended Babson College in Wellesley Massachusetts and started his career with KPMG.  After leaving KPMG, Mike worked in healthcare and professional sports and entertainment. With years of corporate audit, M&A and management consulting experience, Michael is uniquely suited to help small business owners navigate day to day operations challenges, cash flow management and business planning. He has been instrumental in the firm’s use of technology, to streamline tax and bookkeeping processes both internally and for clients.

Mike is a Xero Certified Adviser and a registered New Jersey CPA. He is also a certified Bill.Com Expert and TSheets PRO.

Harry Gano, shareholder

Harry Gano

CPA, SHAREHOLDER

After graduating Kean University with his degree as a CPA, Harry joined Bond Andiola and has invested his entire career with the firm. Harry has an extensive background in accounting and auditing, which includes audits of benefit plans, Professional Employer Organization (PEO) firms and non-profit companies. Harry is also integral in providing clients with actionable advice and tax planning strategies.

Harry is an NJ Licensed CPA, and also a Xero Certified Advisor and a member of the Quick Books Professional Advisor Program.

John Moran

ACCOUNTANT

John is a CPA experienced in personal and business tax planning and tax return preparation and has been involved in all aspects of financial accounting, review, and audit services. Twenty of John’s nearly thirty years of experience in public and private accounting have been with Bond, Andiola & Company.

TAX PREPARATION

Kristina has been with the firm since January 2003. Her duties include preparation of business and personal income tax, bookkeeping and other special projects. Her previous experience includes working in banking and the legal industry.

ACCOUNTANT

Helen has a background in both accounting and tax including a focus on estate and trust planning and taxation. She is a CPA, a licensed CFP, and holds Series 7, 66 and life and health licenses.

Dennis Harabin

DIRECTOR – SYSTEMS INTEGRATIONS & CONVERSIONS

Dennis received his BS in Accounting from Villanova University prior to his Master’s degree in Progress from Rider University. He has prominent experience as a CPA , and is also Xero Certified, Google Analytics certified and has Life Health Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses.  Dennis assists clients in reviewing existing systems and software applications, by helping them to determine how to get more out of their existing systems. He creates a roadmap to what is needed to have a more integrated automated company and then transforms the road map into manageable projects. He then assists the clients existing staff to manage the projects.

XERO-CERTIFIED BOOKKEEPER

With a degree in Accounting from Northampton Community College and further related course work from Liberty University, LaKeshia is well versed in continuing her education and her skills. She has certification as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and has recently added certification as a Xero Certified Advisor, giving her a broad knowledge of modern and advanced bookkeeping processes. Previously, LaKeshia founded a successful nonprofit and has knowledge unique to those organizations, plus has been actively providing bookkeeping services since 2008.

FINANCIAL ANALYST/AUDITOR

Helen attended LaSalle University in Philadephia and worked for seven years at a small CPA firm performing attestation and financial analysis services to small business owners. Over the past 10 years, Helen has been a Finance Director for international companies with subsidiaries based in NYC for luxury retail and digital advertising industries. She has also partnered with CEOs to advise on financial performance and improvement throughout the organization. When Helen isn’t busy helping clients, she enjoys cooking and travel.
