Your Small Business Accounting Team

Bond Andiola & Company is your small business accounting team. It was founded by Jay Bond, who hung his shingle after many years working at the Internal Revenue Service. Jay was the consummate “tax guy”, a studied practitioner of the ever-changing tax codes. John Andiola joined the firm two years later. Together, they built an enviable accounting practice that uniquely specialized in assisting owners of small businesses.

The team at Bond, Andiola & Company are dedicated to continuing to support the needs of small business owners through new and ever changing solutions. Much like your small business Bond, Andiola & Company grows with you to provide you with the service you deserve and expect.

Here’s what a few of our clients have to say…

“We appreciate the professionalism and forward-looking approach Bond Andiola provides. Mike and the team are always quick to respond to any questions and a great partner in developing our infrastructure. As we expand to multiple locations it has been a real lifesaver having accounting software in the cloud and regular access to the expertise that Bond Andiola provides. They truly make you feel like you’re their main priority and always there to help your business grow.”
“Before I began working with Bond Andiola, I was held hostage by our bookkeeping and accounting processes. With their help, I am now able to maintain control over processes and approvals from outside the office, allowing me more time to meet with clients and prospects, and even take a vacation.”
“My business had been out of compliance for several years, and dealing with the state and federal agencies was becoming a burden. Then I met Harry and Michael, who were able to clean up our books, introduce us to a better way to handle our bookkeeping, and got us back into compliance in short order. I highly recommend their services for any business owner.”
“If you are looking for a partner, someone who really understands the accounting and bookkeeping needs of the small business owner, I highly recommend that you meet with Bond Andiola. They have worked closely with us to provide the compliance education and infrastructure that has allowed our startup business to thrive. No Matter what time of day or what questions we have had they give us the information we need to take our company to the next level.”

“Gone are the days when Hunterdon Academy of the Arts would show up in April, with a bunch of bank statements in hand, waiting for the verdict on how we did the previous year! Now we know exactly how we’re doing at any moment in time, and what we need to do to maximize our numbers going forward.”
