JAY A. BOND, CPA
Jay
founded the Firm in 1977. Prior to this time, Jay had a decade
of experience with the Internal Revenue Service and spent
seven years in various capacities including consultant and
assistant treasurer for foundations and trusts within the
Johnson and Johnson Family. Jay retired from the firm in 2007.
JOHN
A. ANDIOLA, CPA, CVA
John
joined the Firm as partner in 1987. Prior to joining the Firm,
John worked for Coopers & Lybrand in their audit department.
He also worked with a large regional firm where his responsibilities
were in audit, tax preparation and business tax planning for
privately owned businesses.
At
BAC John serves as managing partner. In this capacity, he
is responsible for personnel, public relations, management
advisory and business valuation services.
John
received his B.S. from Montclair State College. He was commissioned
to practice as a Certified Public Accountant by the State
of New Jersey in 1982 and is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New
Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and serves
on the Advisory Board for Summit Bank.
John
has expertise in the matrimonial and business valuation disciplines.
His professional qualifications include the Certified Valuation
Analyst designation, which he received in 1996. He has also
earned a certificate of educational achievement from the American
Institute of CPAs receiving 64 continuing educational
credits in business valuations. John has served the public
as a court-ordered business valuation expert on numerous occasions.
He has qualified as an expert witness in various matrimonial
matters.
Harry
L. Gano Jr., CPA
Harry
joined the firm in 1989 shortly after completing his college
education. He has an extensive background in auditing, corporate
and individual taxation, business consulting, computerized
accounting applications and is a member of the Quick
Books Professional Advisor Program. At Bond, Andiola,
and Company, Harry serves as the firm's director of Quality
Control and is responsible for the firm's computer systems,
software, and technology.
Harry
received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kean College of
New Jersey. He was commissioned to practice as a Certified
Public Accountant by the state of New Jersey in 2001, and
is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New
Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
